Please contact Wateright@aol.com for a RMA number. All returns must be in resalable condition, with all parts and manuals intact. A RMA# ( return authorization Number) is required for all returns or exchanges.
Agreeing to our return policy means you agree to the rules stated below.
If you ordered the wrong part, you may send it back within 30 days of the receipt of that part. You will pay for shipping back to us. We will only credit you for the part and no shipping costs. RMA # required
If the part needs to be exchanged because you ordered the wrong part. You will pay the difference in the cost of the part or if the part is less we will issue you a credit.You will pay to ship it back and we will charge you to ship the correct part to you. RMA # required
If you ordered a part and no longer need that part or if you ordered the wrong part you will pay to ship it back to us and we will only credit you for the part and not any of the shipping costs. RMA # required
If a product we sent you is defective, you must contact us for a RMA # before you return it to us. Then you must send back the defective part in the original box with all manuals and parts. We will inspect your return and send you a replacement part. If a part is no longer available, we will offer to send you a replacement part of equal value or credit you for your return. If you decide you don't want a replacement part, you may send it back to us and we will credit you for the part less any shipping costs. RMA # required
If we made the mistake and sent you the wrong part we will pay for the part to be shipped back and also pay to ship you the correct part. RMA # required
All electrical parts sold are tested before they leave our store . There is no returns on electrical parts.
All serial numbers and date codes on the products sent to you must match the serial numbers and date codes on the products you send back to us.
If you receive your order and the quanity is incorrect you have 7 days from delivery to contact us. We will then review the shipping video to confirm your claim. Once confirmed on video we will notify you of the results. No claims on quanities will be accepetd after 7 days of delivery.
There is no warranty on any products that crack or break due to freeze, improper installation, improper winterization or leaky shut off valves. There is no warranty against cracked or broken parts from over-tighting. Wateright.com does not warranty labor or the cost of labor in installing or reinstalling any new, defective or any replacement parts. No warranties on defective products that are returned with sand, dirt, clay, or any other type of debris in them. There is no warranty on any product due to lighting strikes or power surges. There is no returns, exchanges, or credits after 30 days of receipt of any product.
